I needed to be pulled out of mud about 400 ft down a dirt road last Friday night 8/21. I called Barbours and within half an hour I had someone there. I thought George and Al were awesome and extremely friendly. It was late at night and I was tired and embarrassed and they assured me they "got this" and they did. I thought pricing was reasonable for the service. I mean you do get what you pay for. Would recommend.

Very hostile customer service we all know tow truck companies are not the most liked people in the world, but I had my car towed probably 0.3 miles away from my home and I could not call the tow truck company that I wanted because the police officer stated that he has to call the tow truck company They put my car on the truck, proceeded to drive to my home and the police officer stated that this was a get Car out of the road situation so I would not be charged and I got a call from their customer service payment whatever system and you know the situation was pretty unfriendly needless to say but the tow truck driver was great. He was a nice guy turkey hunter so besides you know, they’re a hasty unfriendly customer service and being charged 125 for 0.3 miles was not something I had planned for today. I had a tow truck driver that was gonna do it for $60 but I got these guys instead how unfortunate SUPER OVER PRICED

Fast, friendly, helpful service! My van wouldn't start even after I tried jump starting it. Shout-out to Grip, who showed up with a warm smile and helpful direction for future situations like this. He was able to successfully jump-start the van, which saved me additional diagnostic charges at a local car care center. Instead, I was able to drive directly to an auto parts store and get a new battery and the solve the problem for hundreds less.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this shop. I initially brought my truck in for what was supposed to be a simple fuel tank repair. I was quoted $1,500 by Randal, and I agreed to that amount. After leaving the shop, I called and specifically requested a written estimate before any work began. Although he assured me over the phone that he would provide it, I never received the written estimate, which immediately raised concerns about transparency. Five days later, when I returned to pick up the truck, I was presented with a bill totaling $1,752.23—without prior approval or any explanation for the increase. In order to retrieve my truck, I was pressured into paying the amount, and I paid using a credit card. When I went to pick up the truck, it would not start and had to be jump-started. Additionally, I discovered that the fuel tank was empty upon receiving the truck. Since it was Saturday and Randal was not available, I left the truck at the shop and returned on Monday. On Monday, Randal instructed me to bring $1,500 in cash, stating that he would refund the credit card payment once the cash was provided. I explained that I had already paid $1,752.23 by credit card
